I wanted to upgrade a solo reciever to a DVR. Once the transaction was complete, I checked the status of my account online. On the my account page there is "shipments" page. It was showing they were to ship a VIP222 which is not a DVR. I immeditaqly called customer service and was switched from one person to another. They kept telling me to refuse the shipment. I told them I just placed the order and all they had to do was to fix the shipment and send me the correct DVR receiver.
They cant change the shipment 5 minutes after they mistakenly enter it! Stupid! Now I have to wait until the shipments arrives so I can take it to a UPS store and refuse it. Wait for them to recieve it so they can ship me the right one. I am sure they will not bother to ship me the correct receiver after they receive the wrong one back. Customer Service is horrible at Dish!!
