Turner South

In a Dish Network ad in the Indianapolis Star, they show Turner South as one of the channels available. I don't get Turner South. Anyone know what channel it is on, so I can check for sure. Seems odd they would not know what channels they offer in each area of the country.

Turner South is on Dish Channel # 437

May be only available to those who live in the south east. You might call dish to see if you can get it in your area.

No doubt the regional sports ( Atlanta Braves etc ) would be Blacked Out if you don't live in the south east.... However the channel also has some original programs and older movies much like you would find on TBS. Its a great channel.

Turner south is only available in the southeast States.

I have all the great movies on this channel.

It is a shame that the rest of us in America can not see this channel.

I understand that could still black it out if needed.

Why does Turner like the South so much better than the North? How come no Turner North Channel?

TurnerSouth was created when baseball cut back on the amount of Braves games TBS could show..... So Ted created TurnerSouth and made it a regional network so he could show the Braves on that channel..... The station is very similar to TBS.......

I never understood how they can say the channel is for people in the south when you can't even get the channel in Florida. I would think Florida would be plenty enough South for Turner Sounth, but it does not qualify.

Florida is not a Southern state, most people who live their are originally from NY,MI, Ohio, WV, IN. Cuba, PR. :D
