Was wondering if anyone out there knows which Harmony remotes have a hard List button on them. I can't really find anything searching on the Logitech website and searching the web finds the word "List" everywhere.

I know the Harmony 300 has one, but what others do?

Thanks,
Merg

Where is it? I looked at photos of the remote and can't see it.

Also, I do see that it does not have the colored buttons though, right?

I'm kinda looking for the all-in-one remote that will mimic the DirecTV remote (same buttons - obviously, location might be different) otherwise the wife won't go for it.

Once programmed the top left button on the screen is the LIST button, and If I am remembering correctly, the button down the right side are the COLOR buttons. FWIW, my wife (one who HATES change) adapted to this remote and actually prefers it :).

The List button is in the Harmony library. When you set up your remote, you will find it in the commands for that source. There just isn't a hard button for it. You need to create one on the screen. That allows you to add commands for which you don't have specific hard buttons. For example, on a Harmony One, you'd have room on the screen for all four of the colored buttons, a List button and a Aspect button (from your TV) for the Watch TV activity. That would be my choice for the buttons on the first screen that pops up after you enter that activity (you can add more buttons on other screens under that activity). Your list of buttons for the primary screen might be different. That's the beauty of a Harmony. You can customize it to your heart's content.

If you want a remote with the colored buttons, check out the Harmony 700. It has them. The only problem with this remote is that it will only accept four sources. Most of us have many more than that. But if your setup is simple and you only have a TV, a DVR, a DVD player and a home theater receiver, a Harmony 700 would do the job for you.

I re-map the 'List' button to the 'Clear' button bellow the 7. I love Harmony's ability to re-map any button. I actually re-map almost all buttons to ones that are easier to press due to being disabled.

The 700 is actually 6 device. The 650 and 600 are 5. All have colored buttons, as does the 360 which is 12 device. I have 12 devices on my 700 ;)

I'm glad to be wrong. I remembered that incorrectly.

BTW, The Merg, if you have any questions about Harmony, put Harmony in the search engine and search for posts by mdavej. He's a wealth of information. :)

On my Harmony One, I've mapped the List button to the ^ button (Up arrow) located to the right of the Menu button, and the To Do list (actually a sequence for HR2x boxes) to the Down arrow.
