All these DISH Network New Info

For those who post with new deals, new DVRs on the horizon, new programming changes/add-ons and so forth... where do you get the info?

Normally, I would expect the company website to provide information on these things. If I go to the DISH webpage and click on PRODUCTS, I should get the current ones and info on the future ones also. Instead, I almost always get the news through other sources, like DBSTalk (which is a great site, BTW).

For the good deals that are out there, do you just happen to know them because you talked to an agent while you were calling for support? Please elaborate on how you guys get your info.
