Hockey exhibition blackouts?

Think I go thru this every year with them. Why are hockey exhibitions blacked out on the FSNs if I'm paying for the SportsPak and CI? They dont throw them up on the CI channels like during the normal season when the blackouts apply on the regionals. So why do they BO the exhibition games on the regionals as again, I'm paying for the regular season and would have no problem getting them if they were on the CI channels.

I wonder if it has anything to do with CI is "for regular season and playoff games" -- no mention in its description of preseason games.

All of the Directv preseason hockey games have been blackout free. I had to go through this when I had Dish and don't understand why they do this? Dish needs to get this corrected. :nono2:

Dish blackouts everything, NFL preseason, MLB preseason, NBA preseason and NHL too. Been that way since day 1 from when *I* became a subscriber, 1999.
