There is probably a local retailer somewhere in your county. Probably your best shot if you're calls to DISH's official number doesn't get you the service you desire.

You can do what-ifs and see exactly what you're getting without having to take the word of a poorly trained CSR you can barely understand.

I signed up that way a few weeks ago and everything went very smoothly.
