Software Load changes to My Recordings etc?

Noticed last night that in addition to small changes in the guide on my 722 receiver (Dish Absolute) my recordings look completely different now with options that were not there before.

There are options now for some TV shows I've never heard of that are available from within my recordings. I guess these are recordings of TV shows? From browsing it appeared I could watch the SD versions for free.

Does anyone have more info on the changes dish has made or is there another thread I can read?
