Rock Band 3

So will anyone besides me be playing Rock Band 3 tomorrow? :)

I have the keyboard and game reserved at Game Stop for pickup (I already have the guitars, drums and cymbals from Rock Band 2). Looking forward to seeing what they have done with this game.

I'm very sorry Chris...but anytime I hear anything about the Rock Band software...it makes me laugh out loud remembering all the adults embarrassing themselves in public using it at the local Best Buy and other stores.

I've been playing RockBand 3 for few days on the PS3. The part I didn't like is there weren't enough keyboard songs, and you have to download all the RB2 songs from the internet (2 gigs) instead of like RB1 where it exported from the drive. So now I got over 255 songs with nearly all the songs from RB1,RB2, Lego Rock Band, and RB3. I didn't buy the Beetles.

Do the RB2 songs get the Pro mode? That would be why you'd have to download them. Doesn't seem too bad to me though, a game demo can be a gig.

there is a RB 2 export?? mind you I have this game rented from Gamefly...so i dont have the case or any inserts...is there a RB2 export?

In order to get the songs from RB2, you need the code from the insert of RB2. I believe that some of the songs in RB2 have been updated for pro mode thus the reason for the download rather than direct export from the RB2 disc.

So far I like RB3. The different keyboard modes are cool and pro mode on the keyboard is challenging.

well thats cool I own RB 2 for 360 ...i'll check the menu's in the game see where I can insert it
