Bell in Florida?

My HD tv no longer works on my bell express vu . The 82 satellite signal in florida no longer seems attainable . Is this normal ? the 91 is at 90%
And yes , the dish is on an rv , what can I say , it likes it warm in the winter .

Sorry you're having problems, but Florida is a bit far south to expect a Canadian provider to work. If you feel that you should be receiving service please contact Bell directly and explain the problem.
