Why was the HEAT game yesterday not in HD on SUN sports

SUN Sports says that it carries all games in HD. However yesterdays game was not in HD. The funny thing is that the blimp coverage was hosted by D*.

It was in HD...It's just Dish chose not to carry the HD feed. Dish carries RSNs in HD only part time & doesn't pick up each HD feed if there's a lot of games going on (limited bandwidth).
