I'm getting little confused by the differing info on Superdish Deal, HD Package, 811, 6000 Deal etc...

Here is my current hardware\programming:

I'm on DHP for 3 receivers (expires in October) and I have a 6000 with 8PSK\8VSB I own. I had locals at first and E* installed a second dish pointed at 148 with a 64 switch and legacy LNBs under Must Carry. I believe I own the second dish and switch under Must Carry rules. I currently subscribe to AT150 plus HBO, SHO and DiscHD.

Now as to the future:

I probably will discontinue DHP and purchase 3 receivers. I will definitely upgrade DISCHD to HD package. I will probably yearly pay for my future programming to achieve reduced amoratized monthly cost. I will probably buy an 811 when available. Less likely but still possible would be a 921 ( or JVC version) purchase.

Questions and recommendations requested:

I am confused about if the 6000 deal and Superdish deal are available to me as current DHP customer (although next month I will revert to non-DHP). Can the 6000 and Superdish deals be combined? Is there any PVR deal that is available to me (preferably without VOD fees) and possibly able to be combined with the above. Any other input or suggestions welcome...

You will just have to call in. Ask about the cheap 6000s. They may sell it to you probably for $199 and it may or may not have the 8VSB, nobody truly knows yet. But you have a 6000, you don't really need another one unless you have 2 HDTVs.

If you don't mind staying on DHP you can get a fee-free 501 or 508 for $99 and a 1 year commitment. The way it happened for me was that the 1 year contract was only for the PVR and the DHP account meaning you must keep the PVR and DHP active for 1 year. However when your original DHP contract expires you can take off the 301s if you want. (I have to keep a 301 for 2 more months before I can take it off according to the CSR).

The PVR is rented so you must return it when you cancel. However the DHP includes extended warranty so if it blows up you can get it fixed (generally) more easily than without the ex. warranty.

The above should be true, feel free to correct if you know it's wrong.
