New Bravo HD Plus channel

I was at Best Buy today and they were showing there HDTV demo video on there DVHS. They play it over and over.


One of the HDTV channel its showed is Bravo HD + (this was the logo at the bottom right while they were showing a West Wing clip).


What is this channel and what is the Plus?

Does anyone get this channel yet?

BravoHD+ is an HD version of the Bravo channel, and will include HD broadcasts of the West Wing and a number of other programs. TWW in HD is the compelling reason for me to want this channel. I have no idea what the + is for.

2) I'm sure there's a cable provider or two that have it, that's about it so far. Personally I suspect it'll make a surprise appearance on 105 when it lights up and people are hitting it with superdish.

I have heard that NO ONE is receiving Bravo HD+ yet. It has been broadcasting since July 31st, 2003, but no one is watching. As far as I have read, there are no cable or satellite companies carrying the signal. DISH should have it on 105.5 with the launch of their SuperDISH.

I saw a flyer at an electronics store yesterday, that said that Insight cable in Lexington was going to start airing BravoHd on Sept. 29th.
