For the past 6 months or so my RCA DRD435RH has been "acting out". It resets often without warning. Sometimes it returns to the same channel sometimes not. Many times over night it loses the higher channels, you simply can't tune them not even with key entry (from the remote) it won't accept the third number and then must do a hard (unplug) reset and they return. These events have been occurring with increasing frequency. Most recently the unit on reboot indicated that it was searching for satellite signal..... and searching.....and searching. I did the system test and it showed good signal, good tuning and its searching. Signal is currently at 96%. This unit was purchased in 2002. Is it time for burial? I am at a loss because the self test is telling me it has all it needs to work (good signal, good tuning, valid access card) and its searching.....and it's searching.....Does anyone have any suggestions?
