Yes and no, if I'm reading you right. HD is on 110 (Sat Kit C), but you will need 101 (Kit A) and 119 (Kit B) also. So you will have three kits added to the DirecWay dish.
Please note this would be based upon his geography and what Dway satellite (91, 99 or 117 degrees) he is pointed at.
I always recommend a customer just buy a 3-LNB DISH instead. The cost difference for the three kits versus one 3-LNB dish almost always justifies itself. And if you peak the DirecWay system, you will not necessarily be at full peaked strengths on the added kits. Last, since Dway has three satellites that are used, it can be repointed at a later date for whatever reason (line of site due to tree growth, towers, faster bandwidth capabilities, etc.). The dish cannot be repointed later if it has DirecTV kits installed.
Call Perfect-10 at 1-800-205-8620 and ask for Denton McDonald. He used to run the DirecWay program for Perfect-10 and knows exactly what you need for your customer. Be sure to find out what satellite the customer is pointed to first! This can be done by right-clicking on the DW icon, selecting About, and then selecting System Information.
Oh, one other thing -- if you use the kits, you will need the special 4-in multi-switch (more money) whereas the 3-LNB dish has the switch built in.
Hope that helps.
