How can he abuse the number? He has to activate by using the number for his $50. 00 discount.

Now I understand this is a big refural thing. Which most forums look down on. But is there some "acceptable" way of asking for the Dish Certificate? Because from what I have read if I were to sign up for Dish (something I keep itching to do) I'd be stupid to do it without the certificate. right?
