Which survivor makes the trek to the other tribe to take one of their items?

The way Jeff explained it in Week 2 was that whichever tribe won the Reward Challenge would send one member to the other tribe to steal one item of booty from them. Who gets to make that trek in Week #3?

Mark, I can't remember from the show, but did Jiffy make anything about the same person making the bootie trek resulting from winning back to back RCs?

Meaning... are there any rules that says Sandra can't make the trek again is Drake wins RC?

IMHO - Its still nice to have a straight "who wins the reward challenge" question. This is good in addition to that, though...
