Parental Controls with Hughes Receiver...

We switched from E* about a year ago and really miss the parental conrols/locks. I could block out specific channels and still let the kids have there own favorites list. I cannot find a way to do this with D* Hughes receiver. If I set Locks/Limits I'm limited to the FAMILY favorites list. My question is: Is it possible to block specific channels and never show the ALL CHANNELS list?

If im correct all you need to do is name a list something like "Kids" and then just go into the settings and un-check the channels you dont want shown on that favorites list. I think the ALL CHANNELS will always show if you hit the FAV button.
