Recently my Harmony One has stopped beeping, for instance, when I put it in the charging cradle. Also, there is an intermittent issue where my HR20 DVR will not respond to any commands at all, but my other 2 HR24's work without issue.

All three DVR's are set up as individual activities.

Did someone turn the sounds off on the remote? Options menu item.

Did the HR20 get "moved" in some fashion whereby it's IR path is now being filled by LCD TV light emissions? "Moved", New set located right atop or alongside the DVR?

I run 2 DVRs in my home via RF. THe first so my wife can use her location free TV and change channels from the other rooms she takes it in. My second RF DVR is so as its location in my office has its IR bandwidth clobbered by the LCD sets light emissions.

Yes I know the Harmony One won't do RF, I've 3 of them. I'm just asking cause if something changed in that room that puts the set's light emissions in a competing path with the IR from the remote then that may explain your issue.

I'd guess a new highly reflective surface (mirror, glass enclosed art, or cabinet) placed in such a fashion as to reflect back the sets light waves might even do this.

Just things that hit my brain (or whatever that thing is in my cranial cavity) when I read your post.

Appreciate the input. I decided to just run the upgrade on the remote again from the Logitech setup, and now it's working again, beeps and all!

Who knows?
