Bad SW64 ?

I have had 5000, 6000 and 721 receivers on a Dish500 and 61.5 system for years with no problems.

Recently I lost all of the evn channels on 110 so I ran a swich test and all receivers failed switch input 2B. I swapped inputs 2A and 2B on the SW64 and switch input 2B still failed.

So I replaced the SW64 and the problem went away for a few days but then returned.

I have modest cable runs which are grounded.

I have not tried replacing the SW64 power inserter or unplugging any receivers.

I had the same sort of problem you did and it ended up being the SW64 BUT, just for kicks try swapping the LNB's around on the Dish to see if the problem moves.

If you follow Chris advice and still have problems try switching power inserters that has been a common problem w/sw64 &44.
