-4S is used for locals from 101W, correct?

Which of the 32 transponders does it use?

Are Atlanta locals on one of these spot beams (if so, which transponder?)

I want to know which tranponddrs I should expect to be weak in the Atlanta area. !2 and 24, while sufficient (70-80) are the weakest I have seen.
