View Full Version : WEEK #5: Will Morgan Move Their Shelter This Week?

In the Week #4 episode, we saw Morgan's shelter being threatened by the rising tide. Here's the question:
Will Morgan move their shelter this week before the rising tide damages it, or will they ignore their problem and end up like the tribe in Survivor: Australia and have their camp washed away?
This poll is worth 2 points.
When is this ruling made?
Is the question only considered for next week's episode, or is it left open until they either A) move the shelter or B) have damage. In that case you would have to close it at merger or at end of game if this camp stays active. ??????????????????
Thanks,

DOH! Just realized it says "this week" in the question. Sorry!

Well, I did update the question after I saw your post... :)
Okay, how about this, what if their shelter is damaged by the tide and then they move the shelter?
Are both categories correct ("damaged" and "moved")
or only "moved" since this is the final outcome?
I am asking this after thinking about the question. Here is my prediction...
This group isn't too bright or else they have never built a sand castle on the beach before! They were shown building barriers last week that a toddler quickly learns will not hold back waves from his castle for very long.
So, my prediction is that they are pretty lazy and will not move anything until the damage begins. Based on this, I'm not sure how I should answer the poll. :scratchin

Ok, I've updated the first option - They move it BEFORE damage occurs. If the tide damages their shelter, and then they decide to move it, the 2nd option is correct. If they don't move their shelter, AND the tide doesn't do any damage, then the 3rd option is correct.
Is that any clearer?

What do you consider "damage" to the shelter? I can see the water washing up underneath their bed and them realizing they have to move it, but nothing actually being destroyed...

Anything from the waves hitting the shelter all the way through the waves washing the shelter into the sea.
Your example would be considered damage.

Tomorrow we’ll be far away
Tomorrow is the judgement day.
Tomorrow we’ll discover
What our God in Heaven has in store
One more dawn
One more day
One day more!

Rupert convinced Morgan to move their shelter before any damage was done.

Woohoo! Rupert is "my hero" too! :)
....yeah, i should have thought of that twist. Rupert is too sensible to stand by and watch the shelter get trashed....

Yeah, darn that guy. You'd think as a Drake he'd be more than happy to see the Morgan's get themselves in trouble...
And he called the other fellow a traitor! Rupert helped the Morgans more than any single victory ever did.
