We can provided the Reciever ID and Software version, if needed, just dont have that in front of me at this time.
The Problem we are experiencing is this....we set channels to not be displayed, even lock the channels out. Either the next day or a few days later, the channels show back up within our listings.
Is this a known issue, or a bug in the software? Can anything be done to correct this issue?
It is quite annoying to have your child scroll through listings and see porn channels that you locked out the previous day. This is not something any child should be seeing, nor is this something that the software should be doing.
Please help or advise as to what can be done about this. Thanks.
