So i made little research and came up with this:

From August 22, 2003 you can watch Russian World TV on the public channel MHz2 from 6.00 p.m. till 12.00 midnight.

Latest news, exciting movies and programs from Russia are shown to you daily for six hours on MHz2!

What about MHz?
Day's programs of Russian World TV will be daily shown on MHz from 2.00 to 3.00 p.m. until September 12, 2003 inclusive.

Prime-time programs will be broadcasted every Thursday from 8.00 to 10.00 till February, 2004 with the repeat on Fridays from 12.00 to 2.00 p.m. beginning from September 1, 2003.

You can watch the networks MHz (Channel 53) and MHz2 (Channel 56) in the capital of the USA Washington, in Maryland and Virginia. The MHz Networks is included into the basic package of DirecTV and Dish Network satellite operators as well as Comcast, Adelphia, StarPower cable operators etc.

Extension of our broadcasting became possible due to successful cooperation of Russian Word TV and MHz Networks.

Programs from the channel «Russian World»
daily on public channel MHz NETWORKS
Monday - Friday: 2p.m. - 3 p.m., Thursday nights: 8 p.m.- 10 p.m.(with English subtitles) the public channel MHz NETWORKS presents an exclusive telecasting in Russian. Half an hour news in Russian are prepared by the channel «Russian World», which since August 1, 2002 broadcasts in the USA 24 hours a day.

The «Russian Half an Hour» includes: news block, weather forecast & sport news.

In addition to that you can watch «Declassified Century» — documentary serial and announcements of other programs of "Russian World".

As Vladimir Ananich, the executive producer of the «Russian World», mentioned: «The daily block is specifically designed in an effort to give it's viewers a broader picture of the programs available on the «Russian World» TV channel.»

Of course there are many other programs that are not included into these 30 minutes, such as: Live morning show, children programs, movies and late night shows.

«Russian Half an Hour» broadcasting can be seen on the «MHz» — public TV channel (channel 56), distributed in Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia states by Comcast, Adelphia, StarPower and other cable operators.

If only they would give us MPT out of Frederick like DirecTV does. I have written but I get a response that the FCC won't let them. An odd reply since they allow D* to do it in the same market.

The Russian TV is now digital too on channel 57 UHF. Those MHz stations show a lot of international programming.

Also, to add: On Russian Mir's site... in the forum there, someone mentioned that: "Also, some of MHz NETWORKS' programming is now available nationally on the "Colours" channel on Dish Network (channel #9407.)"

The only thing - i do not know - how often Mhz is being shown there at ch 9407 (Dishnet ... at 110 orbital location).. and when it's being shown, how often Russian World's programming is being shown there at #9407...

I guess one can put ch 9407 on - and try and find out :)
