Now that you will eventually have tons of extra bandwidth thanks to you getting Directv, PLEASE use a lot of that extra bandwidth to improve the poor picture quality on all the standard definition channels.
These channels need less compression.
Please use the extra bandwidth to make the picture quality a lot lot lot better on all the standard definition channels(especially on channels that really are bandwidth hogs like sports channels but still don't get enough bandwidth). There have been polls and stuff on many of the satellite forums and about half the people are not happy with the current picture quality on Dish Network's standard definition channels according to those polls.
