Adding 721?

I currently have 2 dishes, an SW64 switch, and 4 receivers. I am thinking about replacing one of the receivers with a 721. How will I have to configure the system to get the second input for the dual tuner on the 721? Any help would be appreciated.

Since the 721 requires two satellite inputs, you have several options:

-Eliminate 2 other receivers, so you would have the 721 and 2 other receivers.

-Add a second SW64. Take a look at this URL for details: http://www.dishnetwork.com/downloads/pdf/technology/installation/install-5.pdf

-Add another Dish500 (if you only use 110 & 119; otherwise both a Dish500 & a Dish300)

-Upgrade everything to DishPro, which makes it easier to support lots of receivers

-Take this as an opportunity, and upgrade to the SuperDish, with DishPro (whenever SuperDish is available)
