I received my SW 64 last year and am now wanting to use it. Problem is I go the power cord mixed up with about a dozen others. About 4 or 5 fit into the the power inserter. The one I think it is has the following on it.
Class 2 Power Supply
P57241000K020G
Input: 120V AC 60Hz 31W
Output 24V DC 1000mA
Listed LR36665
38H3
AULT In. Made in China.
Thanks to anyone that can help.

You got it! That's the correct power adapter.

Thanks a million. Didn't want to fry the switch or receiver. Thanks for the superquick response.

How long do you have the rg6 wire between the power inserter and the switch?

I would say between 30 and 40 feet. Works like a charm. Haven't had any problems with anything lately with the exception of my timers problem on my 6000.
Thanks

I had my power inserter at my reciever which is about 100 feet of cable away from the switch and it has worked just fine for almost 18 months. I just recently moved it very close to the switch (so I could do the SW21/64 combo) and it still works fine.
