UTV recording conflict

Last night I got a conflict on an 8:30PM recording, even though there was nothing else being recorded in that slot. Both tuners working fine. I finally discovered that "ER", scheduled to record at 9:00PM was actually showing an 8:59 start time. That one minute early was causing a conflict for the 8:30 to 9:00 slot. I don't think there is a way to manually change that start time.
Is there a work around? None of the other NBC shows were off their scheduled time slots. Why would "ER" be this way?

I noticed the same thing. It is definitely a NBC thing. I record Scrubs as well and it was showing a time of 8:30 - 8:59 p.m. The only work-around I know of when there is a conflict like this is to set up a manual record from 9:00 - 10:00 on whatever your NBC channel is. You will miss the first one minute of ER. Earlier in the season, the shows were often Frneids from 7:00 - 7:43, Will & Grace from 7:43 - 8:30 and then Scrubs from 8:30 - 8:59, ER from 8:59 - 10:00. Ugh!
