Got this from a thread (http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=334328) over at AVS.

It does come with 2 satellite tuners and two OTA tuners. You can use any two of them at the same time, in any combination to record or view shows, but not 3 or 4. It can record 30hrs of HD material or 200hrs of SD material or a combination there of.

N0 way to offload HD content onto another HD capable device. But it does come with USB 2.0 (disabled)

Only DirecTV satellite and OTA, no QAM support for cable.

Available outputs are HDMI, component, s-video, and composite video.

Output format must be selected as 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i. All material is converted to the selected output format regardless of the source.

No simultaneous output from the SD outputs (s-video, composite) while using component or HDMI.

Sidebars can be selected to be gray or black.

OTA and DirecTV program guides are integrated into one guide, with OTA stations indicated by their channel no (e.g., 7.1, 7.2 etc). Programs in HD are indicated on the guide, but in the "Now Playing" list, there is no indication of which programs were broadcast in HD.

Will record any audio signal the station is passing. So if DD5.1 is there, the box will record it.

About the same size as the current DirecTV HD receiver (Toshiba DST-3000).

You can change the output formats (480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i) with a press of a button (on the remote). It is supposed to display which mode on the lower right corner. No native mode.

The guide data it was getting from DirecTV had both their local data and OTA information (they already do this and I can see the same information on my DirecTV HD receiver). The OTA information mapped to the virtual channels.

As for other Tivo features, I was told they were the same as the 3.1 Tivo, which the code is branched from.
