triple LNB dish

With the triple lnb and integrated multiswitch how can one get more than 4 feeds. can these 4 feeds be fed into another switch that has 8 outputs? How would this work.

You need a "cascadable" (usually powered) multiswitch. The 4 lines from the dish go into it and then you'd have 8 (or whatever) outputs for your use. If the multiswitch isn't cascadable then it won't work with the built in one in the dish.
