Problem with transponder 6 ??

Is anyone else having problems with transponder 6? I have between 84-99 on all the others but #6 goes from 94 one min to 0 and move dish 3 degrees the next. Its cutting out most of my channels. I tried calling directv but they say its probably just atmospheric interferance. Is anyone else having this issue or is there a past fix that could help?

Mine is ok. Try the hard reset this works most of the time if not then you can explore other possibilities such as lnb or box or cableing.

How do you do the hard reset?

Just unplug it for a minute then plug back in. it will reboot.
