directv programming agreement

Hi,
Had a question here.i know its kinda silly but.......
What happens if someone who is within his 1 yr commitment with D*, has to move overseas on a US Military posting. Is that still considered as a breach of contract OR Does D* have consideration for a situation like this??

It's not silly at all. I'm sure D* would work with the person and suspend the commitment.

I am facing the same situation with T-Mobile if I get the job I applied for. T-Mobile does not cover the area and they said they would let me out of my contract with no penalty. I assume that a Directv contract would be the same.
