problem with sat 101, lower xponders on DirecTV 3lnb

I have two HDVR2 directivo setups connected to one 3lnb dish. One has both tuners connected and the other has only one.

On all three tuners that are connected, I am experiencing quickly cycling full dropouts on/off on sat 101 with lower xponders (ie 1, 3)... I haven't yet determined if its an odd/even issue yet. But sat 119 and 110 are perfect - no dropouts.

The dropouts cycle quickly, with the signal strength at 85 for 3 seconds, then 0 for 1 second, then back.. the times aren't fixed for the signal hold though.

Is directv experiencing uplink problems tonight or do I have a messed up LNB/switch?
This problem just started today. I've had my setup going just fine for a few months, however.

Tr1 = 92
Tr2 = 84
Tr3 = 88
Tr4 = 88
Tr5 = 91

Mine are very similar, besides the dropouts. The problem has cleared up by itself on most channels, but still prevails on a few (like USA network).. I have a replacement triple LNB on the way. It may be a bad multiswitch and/or 101LNB within the assembly. We'll see.

I to have a problem with 101, I get a signal, then nothin. I will then get it back, but if i change chanel, sometimes signal is lost again. Must be directv.
In the cleveland area, very cold here.
