I am trying to figure out how to hook up my antenna to my VCR and my 301 satellite receiver directly to my TV. I have used a splitter, but for some reason the antenna feed is "bleeding" into the satellite feed. I want to be able to hook the antenna wire coming from the antenna on my roof directly into my VCR. I am trying this so that I can, hopefully, record OTA channels while I watch the satellite at the same time. Can you completely separate the two or can this not be done? Not sure if I explained it clearly, but hopefully I did.
Thanks

For RF hook up :
All you do is connect your OTA antenna
to Ant in on your VCR
then VCR out to Antenna in on 301
and then TV out of 301 to TV.
Turn 301 off when setting up or watching VCR.
*set VCR to record OTA channel*
After VCR set to record just turn on 301 and watch Dish.

You wouldn't happen to know how I could hook up a TiVo unit to this setup, would you?
I would like to hook up the TiVo to the satellite receiver and have the OTA antenna hooked up only to my VCR. I want to be able to watch TiVo while I record OTA channels at the same time. I would appreciate any help.
Thanks

301 out to Tivo.
Tivo out to TV.
Everything else the same, although keep in mind that the 301 would need to be on all the time so the Tivo can use it. Which defeats the purpose of connecting the vcr throught the 301 - you should connect that to different inputs on your television.
