ASK DBSTALK: 921 OTA reboot

I have just read the steps needed to take regarding rebooting to get the OTA channels. Hopefully this will work , anyway when i pull teh smart card etc does that mean i will have to re-do the channels i have preset to record on my dvr?

NO! the timers still work fine.
After a smart card reboot you can still use the channels already programmed in as OTA. No need to remove & readd either. Just stay away from the weaker, offending OTA channels until software fix
