I lost channels after installing a second dish:( Can you help?

I just installed 18" dish for international channels. Now I have 20"dish and 18"dish. Every thing works well, but I lost HBO comedy and few others. Do you know why they dissapeard?

Did you do a check switch after you added the second dish/ And what switch setup are you running?

Yes, I did switch test. Everything is ok (odd/even on all satellites, which are 61.5, 110, and 119). Any ideas?

I added a dish the other day, and lost my 3 networks. Try pulling out the smartcard for about 30 seconds, and then reinserting it. This brought the channels back for me....

Could you provide a list of the exact channels that you lost? I have a suspiscion about what the problem might be, but will need to do a little research about it.

Dear "unregistered"--

You also might want to try calling Customer Service at DISH. I called them the other night when I got my new dish (and lost my networks.) They were surprisingly sympathetic, kind, and helpful.
(But of course, Easter IS the season for miracles! :lol:

I thought their line to me was a good one: "If you are paying for them, you should be receiving them, and you **looking at their screen** ARE paying for them."

I don't like to call them, because they put me on hold alot of times.
And for the list of channels, I'll have to check all the channels that I'm missing. I'll provide the list later today. Th

Yeah giving us a list of Channels you are missing would help, you may have a bad LNB or bad cable so your only getting half polarity from one of the LNBs.
