Terk antennas are generally considered to be not nearly as good as most other antennas. But if your television has an HD tuner built in, and you already have the terk, hook it up and see. If you're looking to buy an antenna, stay away from terk. Channel Master, Winegard, and even Radio Shack antennas are better. If you don't have an HD tuner built into your television, then you will have to get an HD receiver to receive OTA HD signals.

My Best Buy in Brick, NJ has two Terks taped shut with "open box" stickers on them. I'm guessing they were useless and subsequently returned. Then again we are 50 miles from NY and 60 miles from Philly, so it may be too much range for them.
