Locals and "Moving"

If I have locals through DirecTV for a nearby city, but I am outside of OTA antenna range for that city, can I still add the National Networks to my programming?

Will the networks not give me a waiver since they know I can get their service through the local package offered by DirecTV?

Yes, if you are truly out of range of the broadcast towers, you could add the National Networks package. If you think you qualify, try this link (http://directvdnseligibility.decisionmark.com/app/AddressEntry.asp) and plug in your address. This is the database DirecTV uses to determine whether or not you can receive distant networks without a waiver.
