Horrible Pixelation

Lately on all my D* Receivers I have been getting pixelation. Signal strength is coming in at high 80's low 90's. And its really bad on my Tivo. Any ideas as to what the problem is? Also my Tivo sometimes reverts to black and white for brief moments.

Sounds to me like a bad multi-switch.

Well I fixed the pixelation on my Tivo, the wires were loose. The Tivo kept having to aquire signal and the video was always pixelated. I tightend the wires now its fine.
