Any alternate for Dishnetwork 121 satellite

I would like is there any other alternate dish for Superdish to get 121 satellite signal
if yes, please let me know where and how.

yep

"build your own" with a 30" dish and a KU LNB. or get a Primestar dish.

do a search under "Superdish" and there are threads about "poor man's Superdish" or "homemade superdish"

Looks like I'm headed this way, also. Can't even get a superdish upgrade install scheduled.

I picked up a 30" dish with KU LNB off E-bay over the weekend.

I also picked up an SW64 switch.

I already have Dish 500 with two dual LNB's and two SW21's. I'll use D500 dual LNB's to feed the SW-64 inputs.

If the KU LNB only has one connection I'll use the output of the SW-64 to input of SW21. Output of KU LNB to other input of SW21. Output of SW21 to receiver.

If KU LNB has two outputs, I'll connect them to SW64 directly and feed SW64 output to receiver.

Hope this works. At least I'll learn something new along the way...

You should be aware that the SW64 switch test will fail if it doesn't have two inputs from all slots that feed it.

Don't quite understand...I'm going to have odd/even inputs for 110/119. If KU LNB only has one output, I'll use the SW21 input2 to switch the 121 slot, and not connect anything to last 2 sw64 inputs. Output from sw64 to input 1 of sw21. Do all inputs on sw64 HAVE to be connected to something?

Looking at what others have done, this should work????

I misunderstood how you are planning on wiring things. I thought that everything would run through the SW64. And no, you do not need to have EVERY input of the SW64 connected. In fact, the SW64 works fine will only one set of inputs (many people used it that way to support four receivers before 110 was widely needed).
