I set up a customer with a Sat-C kit to add 110 deg to his old multi-sat 2-LNB dish. When I left, all three were high 90's. A wind storm came through and now the middle 110 LNB is showing an average strength of 50 while the outer 110 and 119 LNB's are still averaging 97.
All 3 LNB are same manufacturer, and the customer called to say he climbed on the roof to see if the middle LNB was still seated properly or had bird poop or something blocking the reflective signal. No line of sight issue change either as this is an open field with no trees around. He also hard reset his HDTV receiver without success.
I'm planning on going there tomorrow with a spare LNB just in case, but if that doesn't fix the problem, I'm not sure what else to look for.
Any ideas would be most welcome as this is a new one on me.
