Terk Diplexor and Dish

I have a Dish Pro Twin and a 510. Today I added Terk's BDS-P1 Diplexor. (1 to combine, and 1 to uncombine) The sat works fine As soon as I plugged in the cable to run to the TV (soon a 811, just my Analog TV tuner for testing) The Sat signal dies. Unplug it and it comes back on. My 811 will be here friday and I am getting ready for superbowl.

Any suggestion's?

I use this diplexor to combine OTA Digital and Dish Satellite with no noticeable drop in signal.

If you can't get the diplexors to work - use dedicated cables.

Nevermind, I figured it out! I am not using a preamp,so a DC block was added to each end of the cable. I hope someone else getting ready for Super Bowl can find this useful!
