Two very weak Transponders - DIRECTV

I am located in New Jersey and I am getting two very weak transponder readings.

101 sat., Tr. #28 reads 42
110/119sat., Tr. #26 reads 49

Is there any relevant programming on these transponders and is it worth going to tweak my dish for them?

Most of my other transponders are in the 80s-90s on 101, and at least 70 on the 110/119 sats.

There are some spot beam transponders on 101. It is normal for some spot beams to be low and even zero if you aren't in its beam. The 101 spot beams are 4, 12, 18, 20, 26, and 28. Check the cables for 110/119.
