It seems like the atrocious $9.98 VOD fee for AT50/60 has been reduced to $4.98. This is evidenced by changes on the DISH site.

This change happened several months ago, about a month after E* started charging this "VOD" fee.

I believe they mentioned this in the December Charlie Chat. They are making it up by increasing AEP $3.00 a month.

Ah, I see. I didn't hear anything directly about making it up with the AEP increase though. Remember that originally there was no fee, this is just mostly gravy and some subsidizing free 510s, so they might have a little less gravy but still a lot of gravy.

The fee is eliminated if you take the everything pak....not sure if thats what you want, but it's an option.
