522 software problem?

I got a 522 installed a couple of weeks ago and in general happy with it but..... whats up with some of the functions not working ? (in main menu cant scroll to dish home or customer support ? and under preferences cant get to watch and record? They tell me software is not written yet for these functions but they "are working on it". Why release something that you dont have all the software written for? Is it just me or does this seem like really bad business sence ? If it aint ready dont sell it ? They cant even tell me when they expect to have it released ? I get the feeling I could die of old age before it happens! Im no business icon but seems only comon sence not to release any product before its fully functioning ? :confused:

WELCOME TO DISH Network. Get used to it this is normal operating procedure for DISH Network in 6-12 months most of the promised features might work.
