I upgraded to a 6000U last fall and have had my old 4900 sitting around (we have only 1 TV). In case anyone is interested its in excellent condition, works perfectly, includes UHF remote and antenna, all manuals, a S-Video/Audio cable, it has the original smartcard with a zero balance. Pretty complete.
