Good news for me! I'll soon be receiving a PVR-721 (Thanks to dishstore.net) and a quad lnb. I already have two receivers hooked up. Both cables coming from the dish to the ground block has a messenger ground wire (Cable originally used with a DirecTV dish and receivers). I'll (of course) be adding two more cable to the dish. I currently have two 75ft RG6 cables, one with a messenger ground wire and one without. I want to know if I need to have a messenger ground wire on the forth cable? When Google searching all a saw was DirecTV installation guides mention needing the messenger ground wire nothing about dishnetwork setups.

Thanks

You only need one ground wire from the dish. It can be messengered with one of the coaxial cables or separate. The coaxial cables are grounded via the ground block.

Should the lines from the LNB to the switch go through a groudning block, after the switch but before a diaplexer, after the diplexer but before it goes into the house? Also, is a grounding block necessary if the switch and/or diplexers are located outside and are already grounded?

If the switch is outside and is grounded, then there is no need for a grounding block. I wouldn't ground the diplexor. Just use a ground block or ground the switch.
