VOOM, the DBS service from Cablevision and Rainbow DBS, added to the satellite TV offering's channel lineup. VOOM now has four HBO and Cinemax channels in high-def as well as 14 additional HBO and Cinemax channels in standard definition. VOOM also announced it's carrying these Turner networks on its SD lineup: CNN, TNT, TBS Superstation, CNNfn, Boomerang, Cartoon Network, CNN Headline News and Turner Classic Movies.

DirecTV Adds Sacramento Channel - This week, DirecTV added KTNC-Azteca America to its Sacramento local broadcast channel lineup. Customers in the Sacramento DMA who subscribe to the local TV package can now get the Spanish-language channel.

Outdoor Channel Partners with FWS - The Outdoor Channel signed a unique memorandum of understanding with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at the recent Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor (SHOT) Show. Outdoor Channel said the MOU paves the way for outdoor enthusiasts to learn more about hunting, fishing and conservation programs and opportunities associated with public lands and resources administered by the service through programming and partnership efforts. FWS Director Steve Williams and Outdoor Channel President and CEO Andy Dale signed the agreement.

I just stumbled onto this site, and it is like finding an oasis in the desert. I have been a sat tech for almost 9 years and have'nt found a good site 'til now. Kudos to you and all involved.

You know when Voom will add Scifi sd, thats really the only channel Voom doesnt have that is absolutely necessary for me to have because I want to completly movie to one service and not mess with having 2 services (extra cash wasted)
