Dish Equipment

I want to buy a complete set of dish equipment.

I don't want to use it for programming but to order certain PPV events which are sometimes available only on Dish Network so please no equipment with balance on it or that requires 1 year commitments.
If the price is right, I will prefer to a buy a DVR unit.

Any suggestions or if somebody has equipment to sell please contact.
