OTA Antenna Upgrade

I am waiting to be installed by Emeral Coast Broadband Communications (Gulfport) on March 13th. Voom gave me their phone number and I called them regarding the antenna upgrade. I know that the stealth is designed for zones yellow and green. I am in red, blue and violet zones. I asked them for the upgrade and they referred me to Voom. To make a long story short, the installer has to try the stealth before he can authorize the upgrade. Voom stated that they would pay $60 towards the cost of the upgrade if needed. I will keep you posted on my install.

I live in biloxi. Did the antanna help you get channels from New Orleans and Mobile? What are the zones you are talking about?

The color 'zones' are CEA OTA antenna distance or range categories that the various antenna mfgrs have agreed to use. Go to www.antennaweb.org for a look at their chart.

I lived in Biloxi for a year and once swam out to an island in the Gulf. Deer Island, I think. Is it still there or did the AF turn it into a bombing range? :eek2:
