Changing satellite locations?

I was told today by a dish retailer that the Sky Angel christian programming will move in the future to a different satellite. Is this true?

Not likely that the location will change, since Dominion owns the specific transponder slots at 61.5. It may be that they will launch their own satellite which would handle those transponders.
